5 Step Deep Cleaning Process (Servicing the Reel)
- Your entire reel will be taken down to the last part
- Each part cleaned and degreased with our ultra-sonic unit and then inspected. Worn parts are replaced.
- Sliding parts, gears, and springs oiled and greased as per the manufacturer
- Bearings disassembled, cleaned and blown out with a 3-step lubricant applied using Boca Bearings Clean Touch bearing lube and soak
- Your reel will then be reassembled into perfect working condition for a Stress Free Trip! It will almost look and feel new out of the box!
- Fishing reels should be disassembled, cleaned, and lubed every year. Regular cleaning and maintenance can extend the life of your fishing reel and bring it back to top performance. We recommend a yearly cleaning after your last fall fishing trip preferably late October through early February. This will allow us to turnaround your reels so they are ready for spring.
**The final cost will be determined after we examine your reels condition, appearance, and performance. The above costs are starting prices and there can be additional costs based on the reels current condition, any broken screw extraction, and the intricacy of the model after the reel has been dissasembled.
